I am a full service Realtor. Whether you are selling or buying a home (or both) I make the process as stress free as possible. I work with you and all of the “Team Members”, which include – Lenders, Escrow/Title Company, Inspectors and Contractors, to make your dream become a reality. The following is just a minimum list of my duties to you:

Selling:

• Establish market value of your home and time frames for sale.
• Recommend any repairs to obtain the best possible price.
• Develop and implement marketing plan.
• Review offers and negotiate best price and terms.
• Maintain flow of information.
• Oversee escrow period and all deadlines to successful close of escrow.

Purchase:

• Determine criteria for new home.
• Develop Action Plan.
• Work with Lender to establish purchase power.
• Show all available properties within criteria.
• Prepare and present offer on property.
• Negotiate best possible price and terms.
• Schedule all inspections.
• Obtain pertinent information regarding property.
• Oversee escrow period and all deadlines to successful close of escrow.
